Follow the rules

RealSigner complies with all the necessary stipulations so that the electronic signature services offered with full legal integrity and legal value pursuant to the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014, regarding electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market as the eIDAS Regulation.

The electronic signature services that we offer under the "Simple Signature" modality, identify the signer through their email account, in the case of the "Simple Biometric Signature" it is the graph that the receiver makes after reading the document. The evidence resides in both cases, on the one hand, in the verified time stamp that is generated with each signature made. On the other hand, the hash code is generated exclusively for a file, and, if necessary, would allow any modification to be detected.

RealSigner collects the evidence of sending during communications in the signing processes.

RealSigner generates a unique hash code for each file to detect any modification.

RealSigner obtains the biometric data from the signature in a coded way to grant probative value to the process.
